These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Savage Virtual Assistance, operated by Lauren Spalding trading as Savage Virtual Assistance ('we', 'us', 'our'). By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

We sell digital products including Notion templates, PDF guides and digital bundles. Our current products include:

•  Coach Hub - Notion template for coaches (£47)

•  Coach Hub Pro - Notion template with client portals (£87)

•  Coaching Business Automation Playbook - PDF guide and Make.com templates (£67)

•  Coach Tech Stack Bundle - bundle of digital products (£147)

•  Done-for-you setup services (£397–£797)

Product descriptions, prices and inclusions are as stated on our sales pages at the time of purchase.

3. Purchasing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) or EUR (€) as indicated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. As a UK sole trader below the VAT registration threshold, we do not charge VAT.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

You will receive a purchase confirmation email containing your product access details within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and contact us at lauren@savage-va.co.uk.

4. Digital Products - Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via:

•  A link displayed on the thank you page immediately after payment

•  A confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout

Notion templates are delivered as a shareable template link. You will need a Notion account (free plan is sufficient) to use the template. By clicking 'Duplicate' on the template page you create your own independent copy in your Notion workspace.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once:

•  The Notion template link has been accessed or duplicated

•  The PDF guide has been downloaded

•  The product has been delivered to you electronically

This is consistent with your statutory rights regarding digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once downloading or access has begun with your prior consent.

However, if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at lauren@savage-va.co.uk within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.

For done-for-you services: if you wish to cancel before work has commenced, please contact us immediately. Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to a partial charge for work completed.

6. Licence - How You May Use Our Products

When you purchase one of our digital products, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes. This means:

You may:

•  Use the template or guide in your own coaching or business practice

•  Customise the template with your own brand colours, business name and client data

•  Duplicate the Notion template into your own Notion workspace

You may not:

•  Resell, redistribute or share our templates or guides with others

•  Offer our products as your own digital products for sale

•  Share the template link publicly or with people who have not purchased the product

•  Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding on the original product

All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Savage Virtual Assistance. Breach of this licence may result in legal action.

7. Done-For-You Services

For our done-for-you setup services (Coach Hub DFY Setup, Full Systems Setup, Done-in-a-Day VIP Intensive), the following additional terms apply:

•  You grant us temporary access to your Notion workspace solely for the purpose of setting up the agreed system

•  Access will be removed upon completion of the service

•  We will not access, share or modify any data in your workspace beyond what is necessary to complete the agreed work

•  A 30-minute handover session and 2 weeks email support are included as stated in the product description

•  Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately

8. Disclaimer

Our products are tools designed to help you organise your coaching business. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases or client retention as a result of using our products. Results depend on individual circumstances and how the tools are used.

Our products are provided 'as is'. While we take care to ensure accuracy and functionality, we cannot guarantee that products will be error-free or meet every individual requirement. We will endeavour to fix any reported issues promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savage Virtual Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at savage-va.co.uk. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
